Thank you for just going with drawing a human-like dick. I’m not into the absurdly massive horse dicks on anthros (or absurdly massive human dicks either, but still).
Truth be told, it took me ages to get used to equinoid schwanstuckers in a Rule 34 context. Here, everything else about these particular anthros is humanoid enough that a circumcised hume-dick blends all right.
As for pic analysis, all I can suggest would be adding some definition to AJ’s neck. Everything else sports enough shading & texture to nearly make that area stand out by contrast.

Most artists use Deviant art or tumblr and set up a paypal donation account where they drop in a donation of anything from 1-100 dollars or more. They use it as a way of rendering for services of art works, jackets, clothing, plushies even dolls or hand made . . . toys.
It’s not perfect but it is the main life blood of most artists my friend. i hope this helped you out a bit.
