Well, besides PPG for one of them, i haven’t seen any of the other stuff that they wrote. Can you blame for not being impressed at first?
/Besides, i’m from the school of “Its not what you did before, its what your doing now.” Ok, they’re suppose to be good writers, why else would they be on the show? I say, don’t tell me their good. Have them show me. (Which is something Josh Haber did last season.) Now it these “Lady Writers” turn.
@DJDerpy2013
Why not?
@SpongeBat1
Looks like. Not my cup of tea, but it doesn’t annoy me like Johnny Test or The Fairly Oddparents.
I guess can dig it.
Are you implying Clarence is a bad show?
Yep. A lot of people here just like to get bent out of shape prematurely about things.
They might be the best new thing to happen to the show for all we know.
And listing the shows they worked on doesn’t really do anything to give an outlook on what their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to script writing are.
Oh man don’t even joke about that. That and that “Clarence” show.
Oh goodie.
The Mighty B and Fan Boy and Chum-Chum…
Bet money she’ll write the first S5 Spike episode.
Oh, they’ve joked before about how many people see every script and how much back-and-forth it gets within a deadline.
To be honest, being script coordinator for The Mighty B! almost erases any unease the other credits might cause me. And when you add in the fact that, as you mentioned before, many other people work on the story and script on its way to the screen, I can’t say I’m worried about the newcomers.
Looking at it he’s got a lot more kids stuff under his belt since then. I find it even funnier that he wrote for the original Beavis and Butthead.
Well there was Applejack’s sexy boots in Somepony to Watch Over Me and the Rarijack shipping moments in Trade Ya…
Somepony to Watch Over Me and Trade Ya!
Trade Ya and Somepony to Watch Over Me.
Suddenly I feel the episode needs to be combed for hidden porn innuendos.
New Writers for FiM Season 5:
G.M. Berrow (FiM supplementary material, met McCarthy at a bunch of cons I guess)
Nick Confalone (Fish Hooks, McCarthy probably worked with him when she was on that show)
Joanna Lewis (Fairly Odd Parents, TUFF Puppy)
Kristine Songco (Same as above, plus script coordinator on Fanboy and Chum-Chum and The Mighty B!)
Note that these two recently announced writers appear to work as a team, not individually.
