I don’t get it.
I think the whole Lyra Sitting = Humans thing is result of Bronies looking for something early on to write fan-fiction (and other such images) with, and the thought of this:
People have made custom MLP: FIM figurines like this. And then there’s the thought of “Pony enjoying My Little Human and People enjoying My Little Pony = Same thing, different angle.”
Ok well make me a time machine. I will do better than complain I will go to each place where it all starts and stop it.
Well, here’s how you solve that: Go back in time and complain to the earlier Bronies.
Lyra sat up right. Big whoop AJ does it too I don’t get the fuss about that one. A pony sitting up right does not equal interest in humans or hands. Hate how a fandom makes so much out of nothing that makes little to no sense.
Does the Lyra Sitting thing make sense? I think people read “Drunk” and “Pony interested in Humans” into the characters.
I still don’t get the connection. Punch bowl+kids party=Drunk.
Someone correct this if it’s wrong:
It stems from Season 1 when the caracter drank form a punch bowl, plus Sibsy’s comment about thinking of the character as an alcoholic. After that, drunk art came up including the Tumblr page that Skoon has.
