Both cute, but we instantly see the one up top as looking more friendly and affectionate when those are otherwise practically identical cats.
Yep, and I’ve always found big eyes extremely cute and attractive.

And knowing is half the battle.
A) Infants have large eyes compared to the rest of their bodies, which we instinctively find cute because we are programmed on a genetic level to be protective of infants.
B) Our pupils actually dilate as a positive response to someone, ie when we like or are attracted to them.
