Doctor Who Series 8 had a major script leak, Episode 1-5 has had the full script leak online while they were sent to be translated at BBC Miami. I just got my self a copy, was not easy to find tho. Comfirms the Dalek speaking in the trailer is called Rusty, an insane Dalek that want’s to kill Daleks.

From the script leak, It is not Davros. it is Rust the battered Dalek which is actually what it is..
