Now that I think about it, Tails and Scootaloo makes so much sense. Heck try listening to Tails theme in the first Sonic Adventure and it would definitely fit Scootaloo as well!
Come to think of it, they probably would’ve been the better choice of having argue over if Sonic or Dashie is cooler. :P

Believe it, or not, some of us Sonic fans are nice people. :P
Also, Sonic’s still getting games, his comic book has lasted over 20 years, is getting a new official movie, is appearing in the new SSB, so regardless what we all think of the Sonic series, he’s doing quite well for himself regardless of the internet hate he gets.
Maybe there is still hope for the franchise to make a comeback from the pits of hell.
