No big deal. I like it, I think it’s a cute pic. Plus sneezing is often seen as cute. As well, this pic has plot.
There is actually a ton of artists who do this work for people. Some actually enjoy it, others do it for pay.
As far as I can tell it’s pretty much just the one guy… and people who request stuff from him. Apparently he calls it the Sneeze Tease series.
Man, I only realized this after commencing the upload. I usually try to stay away from such stuff.
