One of the taught behaviors of Woman that feminism seeks to overcome is they are taught to be submissive to just go with the flow, it’s why female bullies are more common in groups compared to boys, they aren’t taught to stand up to their friends, kinda stretching a bit but that could be what the image is addressing,
