Not a full head of white hair like Storm. He looked pretty much like this picture here, except where the white spots went into his scalp you had spots of white hair.

I met a kid with it once. Where his scalp had no pigmentation his hair was even white. However, he was playing with the other kids and nobody seemed to care, it was really heartwarming. Sometimes we humans don’t suck.

Neat!

Though reading up on the wikipedia article makes me raise an eyebrow. I see people with that kind of spotty depigmentation at work, frequently (like, once a day or so on average) but its supposedly a rare condition.
