I suppose the link to the TV tropes page wasn’t a big enough hint?
Seriously, this thing had attention since bronies became a thing. You’ve had nearly 4 years to get over it. If you haven’t yet, it sucks to be you.
By the way, how could I be the first to have this thought? Have any of you guys feel insecure when MLP separate to far?
I’ve been feeling this since when I first love MLP and become a brony.
I know right
True, I hope not too many attention: news, TV show parodies, etc.
Plus, don’t we have enough Bronies?
I always have this belief of not to have too many attention, especially unwanted ones which invites hostility, and even crude jokes.
After all, we live in an intolerable world.
Yeah, I’m sure you’re the first person to have this logic ever.
Seriously, it had plenty of attention before, but because this happened it’s a terrible thing? Are ya sure?
“I don’t know, but we kinda do.”
All a matter of taste.
Yeah, that was…that was weird.
At the very least, it was seen as weird by everyone else, soooooo…yeah.
@RaineV1
@Background Pony #20D2
thank you guys!
Wow that was less cringe worthy than I expected, except for the part of that guy kissing the doll, because it made me remember that there are people that do that, brrrrrrr.
@Rostam
@Lemonjack
The way the characters look take some getting used to, but the hilarity of the show is worth it.
Well the Muppets are tolerable because they’re not supposed to look human, much. Most of them have deliberately exaggerated features, fancy colours and fur or something similar. Replace all that with human skin tones and you jump straight down the Uncanny Valley without a bungee rope!
I think they look like Muppets, with long noses and a face and neck with no chin. Just think of it as “Jim Henson’s Bob’s Burgers”.
i felt the same way
I can’t possibly comment, as I’ve never seen it. But I just recoil from the graphical style, I find the human designs hideous. They look like weirdly anthropomorphic toads to me!
its actually a very good show.
