Ah, makes sense. Looks like the Itailan breakfast menu is mostly a la carte and less combo-focused.
I’ll occasionally get the Deluxe Breakfast Platter that’s offered here in SoCal (similar to the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, but omits the biscuit and adds English muffin and bacon), mostly because it’s a large amount of food for a very low price. It’s a leisurely brunch (in place of both breakfast & lunch) for when I’m not in a hurry to go somewhere or get something done.

Well, I guess the breakfasts McDonald’s serves vary from country to country.
They make common bar breakfast stuff here.
Tiny portion sizes.

Extremely cheap.
What’s not to feel guilt over? I’d rather buy eggs, bacon, coffee, and english muffins or bread and make my own breakfast. It’d be less calories even though it might cost a little more.
