Augments/cybernetic armor on half the body aren’t a Warframe. Looks like generic futuristic armor/weapons combo (you won’t believe just how many did that three-point-star faceplate).
Also, cues that it’s not a warframe: ammo, jointed armor plates, pronounced ‘face’ and ‘ears’ of the helmet, pistol holster (all ‘frames have weird thingy on their thighs to which their sidearms and sometimes melees stick, darkSector’s armor included).

Doesn’t look particularly Warframey, I would’ve said it was that new Halo thing if it was anything specific at all.
