You forget the purple used by Mace Windu, and expanded universe material gives reason and meaning to other colors, so it’s not just the games.
I guess if she got the appropriate lightsaber crystal for it.
(I suppose this would be a good time to mention that I’m only a casual Star Wars fan at best, so if I’m wrong or stepping on a point of contention, please forgive me.)
usually there are only 3 colors to light sabers, games usually gave more to add customization or to nickel N’ dime players.
