I think you meant to say „Rainbow Dash ist die beste Sanitäterin.“
Rainbow Dash is a name, a proper noun, you don’t have to translate it. In fact, you don’t. All the German dubs of the show call her „Rainbow Dash“ and not „Regenbogen Strich“. Same for all the cast.
