Like “A Sad Pony said”, it wasn’t undeserved. Besides, she didn’t seem to care at all. On the other hand Pinkie can clearly see Fluttershy crying and running away, yet she doesn’t stops. Also Pinkie’s actions were continuous while Applejack’s was only a quick affirmation from Rarity’s own statement.
Well to be honest Pinkie was one giant asshole in this episode but i think that maybe that was the point of this whole episode just to troll both pinkie and fluttershy fans, i meam common just look at the faces she does in this episodes, this was the peak of troll pinkie in all her pink douchery glory

Are you an idiot? Here are Amy Keating Rogers’ FiM writing credits: The Ticket Master, Applebuck Season, Bridle Gossip, Fall Weather Friends, A Dog and Pony Show, The Best Night Ever, The Cutie Pox, The Last Roundup, A Friend in Deed, MMMystery on the Friendship Express, Pinkie Pride, Filli Vanilli, and one more Season 4 episode.
As for the whole deal with Applejack calling out Rarity for her nasty attitude, that is a totally different scenario. Applejack was just saying what everyone else was thinking, and even though it was blunt, I don’t see Rarity losing any sleep over it.
Pinkie, on the other hand, just couldn’t shut the fuck up, plain and simple! Hell, she couldn’t even take a hint that she was making things worse, and she came off as REALLY unlikeable in this episode.

I dunno, man. Some folks will say that kind of brutal honesty is the mark of a good friendship, although there is a time and place for it.
@A Sad Pony
Kind of an asshole thing to insult your friend after she apologizes to you. That just vindictive and pouring salt into an open wound. But since Yellowquiet wasn’t insulted, I some fans simply don’t care.
Yes, I’m sad to say, but this is the first time I ever truly found Pinkie to be annoying.
This. All of this. I hated Pinkie in this episode.

thanks.
@Joshua
So I can add her to my “a show writer who prob never watched mlp before getting an episode…” list
Amy Keating Rogers.
Why do you want to know?
I suppose so, but do you have any idea how dangerous that thing is?! It must have like dark essence in it or something.
It’s not like it can’t be reversed. I’m just saying that this is the first time I truly found Pinkie to be annoying.
NO! NO NO NO! We will NOT use the Alicorn Amulet on her again.
Pinkie, on the other hand, just couldn’t shut the fuck up, plain and simple! Hell, she couldn’t even take a hint that she was making things worse, and she came off as REALLY unlikeable in this episode.
the difference is that pinkie just kept harping on and on
If you say so.
Right after your friend sincerely apologizes for her behavior is not the time nor the place.
