Actually, in Manehatten law, there’s a loophole where a pony trapped inside another is not considered a pony but an unborn and thus, their predators are considered their legal mothers.
 
This allows a pony to swallow another and obtain all the prey’s goods and rights.
 
If the pred lets the prey out, he will regain their status as ponies, and that comes with all their rights and propierties the pred may have borrowed.
 
If the pred decides to digest the prey he will have to hide any evidence because digesting ponies is still considereded murder, and that overrides the previous loophole.
 
So some predators just like eating other ponies and living from their propierties until they get bored of them. That’s a good explanation why there are so many “pregnant” divas and so few multimillonaries visible.
