In regards to that, the creator of that blog said that the Robotnik/Eggman in it, is basically supposed to be more like a modernized version of the AoStH Robotnik, which is why he looks more like the modern one. (But with the AoStH’s hilarious off-model expressions, and such.)

Also, Sweetie-Bot’s orgins revealed!
