“Bakuretsu Sentai Ponyranger”, even though looking like the episode’s Japanese-language hypothetical titles, is actually the episode’s fan-made title, which is a pun on the real episode title, Power Ponies. The theme song that I created, however, will be fictional until Bushiroad licenses seasons 3 and 4 in 2014. Season 4 will not be licensed until late 2014 at the earliest.

I know the feeling. I remembered a LOT of details from Power Rangers In Space, Lost Galaxy, and Lightspeed Rescue from my childhood when I was rewatching those series years later on Netflix, but I could barely remember anything about Time Force. Heck, I could barely remember anything about that series at all until seeing Linkara’s video on the season. That might be because I didn’t watch it as much as the other three series when I was a kid (same deal with the three seasons of Mighty Morphin, Zeo, and Turbo)… And I KNOW that Wild Force was basically the point where I lost interest until about 3 years ago (though I did have the Kongazord toy).
 
Speaking of which, now that I’ve got a closer look at the “Power Ponies” costumes… some of them DO seem rather Ranger-like, especially this one. Maybe they’ll throw in an explicit reference at some point in the episode, but at this point it’s not looking very likely.

Sad thing about Kyoryuger for me, as much as I love Gabutyra(I named a Tyrantrum after him and I rarely name pokemon) not much of it sticks in my head…

Episode 19 of Kyoryuger. I binged through episodes 16-24 (as well as the movie) today, so it was still rather fresh in my mind.

Dang it, I know that but can’t quite recall what it was…

The six of them are fighting some changelings, and the changelings transform into the ponies’ loved ones to try and get them to hesitate (Shining Armor for Twi, Big Mac for AJ, Scootaloo for RD, Sweetie Belle for Rarity, Rainbow Dash for Fluttershy, and I’m not sure who for Pinkie). It works on all of them… except for Twilight, who just shoots them all with her horn.
