I believe the word that describes those types is “munchkin”.
Minmaxing?
oh, I completely misread that then. :o
I heard the term ‘flouncer’ used a few times, but…that’s already a gay thing as well.
I know what you mean now, though. You mostly see those types with vast swathes of achievements on those ‘energy games’ that you can only play for x amount of time per day. They manage to beat the pay-to-play players just by maximising and planning their usage down to the last bit. I know there’s a tabletop term for that kind of obsessively-plotted minmaxing of one’s time but I haven’t been to /tg/ in a long time so I forget.
I wasn’t really looking for an analysis of gamers, just asking what the term would be for someone that plays a lot in there free time and get most things in a game done just from playing it, not to get everything done.
I meant playing a lot and not complete everything just most.
You’re not a real hardcore gamer if you don’t play table tops.
modern hardcore, which is gaming 24/7 and never being able to complete a damned thing
I miss 80s-90s gaming.
