…But the problem with “episode 3 having the old castle” is that the “old castle” is destroyed/ruins, yet in the screenshot, it appears perfectly intact. (at least, that part of it)
(Reads that episode 3 will have Applejack at Celestia’s old castle. Concludes that this picture of Applejack at Celestia’s old castle is from episode 4.)

…Though, there was a short clip showing RD and Applejack in some kind of Daring Do-style labrynth…maybe that’s what this screenshot is from.

I’m pretty sure there’s a screenshot from S4 showing the ruins in the Everfree, and it is very much “destroyed completely”.

That Celestia/Luna scene was in the past. Wasn’t that castle reduced to ruins?
