When I was in New Zealand, one of the Maori there talked about how earlier Maori would get birds, those that eat fruit from what I remember, to defecate, then those Maori would eat the feces of those birds. Some kind of variation of fruit processing, I suppose. Not a practice I ever took part in, neither do I ever plan on it.
 
I’ve also heard that there’s a type of monkey, I think, that’d eat coffee seeds, then defecate; and people would harvest what was left of the seeds from the monkey feces and make coffee from it. Again, not something I ever plan on trying.
 
And, as for this, I’m not going to ask, because I don’t want to know.
