Description
A commission, believe it or not, for :iconscottish-rebel:! This is his pony OC signaling onward victory for Russia! I studied a lot of Russian World War II propaganda and incorporated many of their art styles and themes into this. I am pretty unfamiliar with drawing vehicles of ANY kind, so please excuse the simplified tank. At least you can tell what it is, amiright?! ^^;
