I think because of the facial paint and the single her face it at, the Zecora one looks like she actually has sort-of a muzzle.

The Derpyis a bit off-putting, though I guess the whole wall-eye condition just isn’t as cute in actual humans as it is in colorful horses.

My favorite is the Gilda though.
