Ah, you’re right.
We do not even know if that is her final show-design. Look at Blossomforth, she originally had shaggy hair and Fluttershy-type eyes with eyeshadow. Now she has Twilight s’ “hime-cut” hair, freckles, and eyeliner like Cloudchaser.
Hmm, that’s odd. I wonder why they would alter her hair color, and then give her Cheerilee’s hairstyle when she’s on the box with her.
Uh, if you look closely, even if the image is tinted purple (which is also why Sweetie Belle looks like Rarity), they have different mane colors, Star Dreams also seems to have teal in her mane (same color as her eyes) and also purple and blue, this one only has two colors? But now i see how this could be Star Dreams, plus now that i look at it, she has the same mane\tail as Cheerilee O_O
I guess there are those differences. I wonder why they would do that on the box, if the one in the picture of toys looks just like (probably is) the other Star Dreams.
Star Dreams is light pink with a fuchsia\aqua green\purple mane and aqua green eyes.
The filly here is lavender (like Twilight) with azure\blue mane and azure eyes.
Who else would it be? The toy version looks practically identical to the other Star Dreams.
We do not know yet if that filly is Star Dreams.

DT is in the collector set coming out at Toys R Us
