Very true, it would be more effective then a sword or arrow considering how much more powerful a bullet is compared to an arrow in terms of piercing weapons. Though a sword…that’s a slashing weapon,good luck doing any significant damage to an undead skeletal creature with that.
But seriously though,I think he would be better off just using the butt of the gun and just smash them to bits. You can get a very good impact with the butt of an AK or almost any other assault weapon, but then again you also would have to ask how ballsy you are to attempt that.
@Rpground
Well, it still would be more effective against an animated skeleton than a sword or arrow would be. That was what we were debating, was it not? I admit you have very good points, though.
@Heroine Addict
Never said it was because it was sharp, but it’s still classified as a piercing weapon. You could argue that it’s like a modern bullet, those aren’t sharp but they work in similar way, also with buckshot, it’s shooting small round metal pellets. Technically you’re not shooting a sharp projectile, but it’s still doing it’s job as a piercing weapon.
@Rpground
That’s not entirely through sharpness, though. It’s through focusing a strong blunt impact on a small area. Otherwise, the round stones often used as sling ammunition would be ineffective.
Yes…use a piercing weapon against skeletal ponies…cause as we know from experience, skeletons are weak to guns/bows/slings/etc. and most certainly NOT maces/hammer/clubs/anything blunt…
“Fuck with the Bloom, and you meet your doom!”

Nope, as well placed shot from a sling and easily pierce a skull.
Slings aren’t blunt?
Damn right you are, freakmeat.
I’m likin’ these odds.
