I checked the original on DA. It’s not so much anti-Flash as it is the artist shipping Twilight with the Doctor for reasons I don’t particularly care to explore.
I mean, I can get Shining Armor (he’s Twi’s big brother), or any of the fictional special someponies the fandom gave Twilight, but what the heck does Time Turner have against Flash?
(I think the AntiFlashers are scraping the bottom of the barrel…)
