So I’m confused, was she saying “Yes there is an episode about that,” or “Yes, I know whether there is an episode like that or not”? I’m wondering because of the way he worded his question and the way she worded her answer. This was also back in March, and she might not have been able to say anything about the show. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

sweetie belle: singing but is self-conscious of her voice so she hasnt realized its her talent  
apple bloom: near as i can tell would involve creativity cause shes always able to come up with the solutions for their problems and comes up with all the plans but to be honest sweetie belle and scootaloo kinda hold her back from makin anything successful and therefor prevent her from realizing her talent  
scootaloo: is very athletic and a very talented daredevil so i figure since her names scootaloo her talent would involve her scooter but her head is literally always stuck in the clouds shes too focused on rainbow dash and learnin to fly to realise her talent needs her on the ground
 
so for scootaloo to find out shes incabable of flyin she would of course be depressed but then rainbow dash or her friends, dashie would be perfect for this, would be there to cheer her up and make a comment along the lines of shes always been pretty awesome on her scooter which would lead to her realizing her talent
 
the way ive always seen it is their talents work together scootaloo is the star of the show, while apple bloom plans everything out and builds the set, and sweetie belle provides the music.

exactly and even better if it went as originally planned then that would mean she was on the verge of her cutie mark cause initially there was supposed to be an episode where she discovered she wouldnt be able to fly and then after that at some point an episode where she learns to accept it and somehow results in her gettin her cutie mark

You are aware that there’s more than one type of disability, right?
 
Strabismus obviously wouldn’t keep somepony from flying (though it may make them somewhat clumsy as a result), but it could be that Scootaloo has some wing-related disability that keeps her from flying.

If Derpy has a disability but she can fly, How come scootaloo cant.
