Update: I forgot there was an 8 foot candy cane. Equestria apples must be a lot bigger. I forgot about it. I still got pretty damn close to the candy cane measurement using this form of measurement.

6 feet tall is a height. I just finished 9th grade and I’m about 5 inches shorter than that. I know a few people in my grade that are 6 feet. assuming that the human mane 5 have been in school with sunset the whole time. That would put them in senior year. 6 feet is a pretty average height for a senior. Assuming twilight is in the same grade as the rest of the mane 5. Then that would put her at least 6 feet. Same fore Sunset.

I’ve always imagined in EQG that she’s about five and a half feet tall (being still in high school) and as a pony she’s about three feet.

Most doorways in the United States are about six and a half feet tall. Principal Celestia has a generous amount of clearance when framed in a doorway. Unless the doorways in Canada are much taller, or Twilight is taller than Principal Celestia, she’s well short of six foot.

Working from height relative to things like doorways would give us a number for human heights.

See, this is why I think Equestria Girls is the timeline in Conversion Bureau where the humans win and inherit Equestria, but they are minorly altered by the magic energy. The predecessors who would have been ponies are instead humans, creating human equivalents of ponies. Angel and the bird are about as intelligent as they are in Equestria.
