Pinkie is happy to be home.

Some time ago I introduced the AU/theory that the cakes are Pinkie’s real parents, and in the comment section of the first image there were some ideas of how Pinkie would react to learning the news. Realistically, I doubt she would go Pinkimena mode. It wouldn’t necessarily be a super sad moment, but definitely a moment of reflection. Pinkie would definitely have a ton of questions for both the cakes and the pies, and it would take her some time to process. But I also think it would be natural for her to accept as well. The cakes wouldn’t exactly be strangers to her, assuming she’s been working for them for a long time. Though her relationship with them would change dramatically. I also think Pinkie would continue to accept the pies as well, especially her sisters. For her, Pinkie’s family would have just gotten a little bigger.

That’s about it. This month is the season of love, and after doing a few shipping pieces, I thought I’d follow up with something wholesome. Familial love this time around.
