Still, that’s a good number of basic models (and possibly the mane 6) and you’re one recolor and a cutie mark away from recreating Wild Fire. It’s something.
I still don’t get this “season 3 had some awful writing” business. It seemed fine to me…except for Spike At Your Service. That episode was just cringe-worthily bad.
Rule of thumb when it comes to piracy:
If it’s something the general populace has no means of getting hold of chances are it was a leak instead.

I was expecting more so cute little animations rather than stuff like Double Rainboom.
Whether Hasbro’s lawyers care about cracking down on stuff like that is up to them.

I think that using official DHX puppets might be a bit of a legal issue.
I’m not sure if it’s possible, but I’m wondering if this sort of thing might mean Hasbro forcing takedowns of fan animations because of this. It’s technically within their legal right. I’m wondering if lawyers will care if they target animations that don’t use the official assets.
This really does not sit well with me at all.
Season 3 had some awful writing, and it was half the size Season 4 will be.
I’m not looking forward to the weeks that will come that my thoughts will be “I sure hope the next episode wasn’t as bad as the last.”
I expect some quality fan works.
And if S4 turns out as bad as it’s looking like it will be, it will be a god-send.
Well it’s just a quickly made recolor.
The way she’s presented with straight looking eyes, I thought no fan would make custom Derpy this way. Thought it was supposed to look like a “censored” Derpy from the pack.
If you read the thread, Derpy was made by recoloring Raindrops. But yeah, this is real.
