The fact that Sunny’s last line is “it was fun while it lasted”.
Intentional or not, that’s a decent way to end.
Now that you mention it, I suppose there really is something poetic about the context of that line.

I’m okay with them starting fresh with MLP, because then we will get a new world with new characters. They should really consider that and leave FIM behind, It’s just my opinion really.

A pretty underwhelming ending if you ask me. Izzy Sim Citys a waterpark into existence, ponies are using it and nothing really happens.
And at the end Izzy wiped out the waterpark and everypony land in the ocean.

Not their fault , but I would argue This was worse than the not really final last episode of eqg.
The show was just existing at that point and there was at least some feeling of goodbye.
