Story:
All across Canterlot military equipment was being stolen. Armor, weapons and supplies had been lost in this stealing spree. The culprit: One pony called Shady Night. Shady was well known in the criminal corners as a ghost that could get in and out of any place.
Celestia was tired of having to deal with such a criminal. However, Shady wouldn’t be an issue for very long as Celestia had spent the last week working with a kind of dark magic infusion, diluted and altered of course since Celestia loved all her ponies and would never wish to hurt them even if they had gone down a wrong path in life.
Celestia had infused a gem, a diamond later put in the helmet, with a brainwashing spell like the one Sombra used. However, where Sombra made use of fear to give nightmares to his controlled soldiers, Celestia had used lust to give the pony fantasies, and so with her work done she started spreading the rumor of a magic helmet with a diamond in the middle, one that could give a pony the strengh of an alicorn.
When word got to Shady of course she could not resist the temptation that helmet had to be hers, and so when night arrived she made her way to Canterlot castle and snuck her way to the royal armory.
It was surprisingly easy for her to do so, with not many guards and low security. She felt something was not right but the thought of having the strength of an alicorn was enough to put her back on track. After arriving at the armory and picking the lock on the entrance she saw a full set of royal guard armor in an armor stand at the end of the room, a shiny diamond in the forehead of the helmet.
At first she thought of only taking the gem and making a necklace with it, but as she got closer those ideas changed, morphing into ideas of keeping the helmet instead. Unknown to Shady her fate was sealed the moment she laid eyes on the gem as it began to slowly affect her, shifting her thoughts and bending her way of thinking as she got closer and closer.
Once she got in front of the armor stand Shady felt a bit of fog in her mind like cotton candy in her brain, enough to not even check the surrounding area for traps, she just took the helmet off the armor stand.
As she looked directly at the gem in the helmet she felt good. It was a bit of a strange feeling but it felt good so she didn’t mind it, she could have never guessed that was her brain figuratively melting falling to the spell in the helmet. Then the thought of putting the helmet on crossed her mind, and she did so not questioning where the thought had came from.
“It’s very comfortable,” she thought, but another though quickly followed the last, put the armor on, she didn’t question it, putting the armor on with a smile on her face. She enjoyed the feeling of having her head filled with cotton candy and so she put the armor on and it felt good.
She liked this armor, it was nice and comfortable like it was made for her. Shady’s mind began to wonder “would being a royal guard mean feeling this good all the time?” Shady was never a mare of obeying or following orders, but now… now those things turned her on, suddenly she had gone from a thief to wanting to be a royal guard, following orders from Princess Celestia.
The thought of obeying Celestia turned her on more than anything right now, she had to be a good guard she had to- “what the hell is wrong with me?” She muttered under her breath she realized something was wrong it was the armor! She had to take it of she thought, however it was too late, before she could put the helmet off her head began to fill with fantasies of Celestia dominating her and giving her orders.
Shady went cross eyed as the spell began working at full power, brainwashing the thief into a loyal royal guard. Shady spent about an hour drooling on herself as the spell rewrote her brain. Once she became a bit more lucid a spear caught her eye as its metal tip shined with the glow emitting from the gem in her fore head.
Breaking from the fantasies the helmet had been feeding her brain for almost an hour now she took spear from the wall and assumed a standing position near the same door she had broken into just an hour ago. She had to be a good guard so she began guarding the royal armory like one.
Standing outside of it, she let the fantasies consume her mind again. Shady would spend all night getting her brain twisted and reshaped into the most loyal and devoted guard Canterlot had ever seen. She was still Shady Night, but no longer she was a thief, she was now a royal guard.
Celestia was more than happy to see the pony standing outside of the armory when she went to check in the morning. She made Shady part of her personal guard, as she knew the mare was brainwashed to love being at Selestia’s side obeying her every order, and so Shady went to become a royal commander using her skills and knowledge as a former thief for the benefit of the guard.
