From Sailor Moon SuperS, which from what I can tell is basically their fourth or so season. The monsters of the week get weirder as the series goes on. This isn’t even the weirdest one; if I had to pick the absolute weirdest, I’d say it’s the lady with an elephant for a chest who uses the ears to fly Dumbo-style XD

Monster of the week is a pretty good job for a monster pone. You show up, mess with some girls in skirts until they blast you with love rainbows, cash your check, and enjoy your 6-day weekend XD
