I think those worms are kinda cute myself. But then I thought EVERYTHING in nausicaa was kind of cute. Now THIS is some real fun shit
It was bad marketing. Ubisoft postponed Rayman Legends for the Wii U, not because the system was terrible, but because they were adding more levels to the game. Another factor was gamers waited to see what Sony & Microsoft had in store for the next generation. The Xbox One sealed its fate. Amazon sales for the Wii U jumped 875 percent hours after the Xbone was unveiled. The only thing left is to see what Sony has planned for the PS4, or what it looks like aside from the controller.
Stfu
Yeah well, its a valid sacrifice. If you ended buying a game for its multiplayer content then you would be buying the internet time to play it, not the game itself.
I already do, but you can’t do that for a lot of multiplayer games.
Bluetooth controller my friend.
I think we all can laugh at the Wii U, but really not because of it’s capability as a gaming machine. It suffered heavily from marketing, since it’s often shown with the original Wii controllers, and the console looks very similar to an old Wii. Even the name confuses people. It’s very hard to tell if it’s poor sales are deserved, or just the result of bad marketing.
Yeah, try playing tf2 with a tablet. Your aiming is shit, your back gets turned into shit. Your wrists turn into shit. Every single part of your body rusts. With a pc you can comfortably sit and play.
Its funny how with the right emulator you can play your favorite xbox or ps game, for free.
Quite a few people do actually, at least on political forums.
As for the XBox One, I’m getting a distinct Philips CD-i vibe off of it, and not just because of how it looks. The CD-i tried to be all things to all people and suffered from an identity crisis as a result. Was it a gaming machine? A movie player? an educational device? Or what? That, and the lack of good games for it (CD-i Zelda games, anyone?) Pretty much assured its demise. The SNES and the Genesis made not have been as fancy as the CD-i but they were GAMING machines without a doubt, and they were good at it.
People can laugh at the Wii U if they want, but Nintendo makes no bones about it being a GAMING MACHINE first and foremost. They know where their focus is, and one thing you should never do is underestimate Nintendo.
Sales of PCs are way down. People are shifting towards tablets and compact laptops. Windows 8 itself has been mostly a letdown, not because of it’s performance, but because it was built for a platform that’s becoming obsolete.
Why not shift more towards portable gaming that bridges platforms? Sure, Vita was a great concept, but platforms like that need features that differentiate themselves from cheaper options like tablets and laptops. Instead, all I get are overpriced flashy games with little content that I can’t play with anyone else.
Was that a Thresher Maw?

I know that.
While i am here at home, playing with my pc gaming master race.
A Bobbit worm.
353 is still doing Halo, it’s owned by Microsoft, unlike Bungie, and was established just to make Halo.
What the heck is that thing?
MS would lose its only trump card if that were to happen (so it never will, unfortunately).
I’d rather Bungie and 343 keep working on their own games and release them on all platforms.
Bungie has done enough Halo.
