He literally genocided alien races before arriving to Earth, later killed a whole Namekian tribe, that was also never revived, and also later basically sold his sould and killed humans, and THEN he was officially redeemed.
When comparing him to other characters who were first introduced as antagonists, Vegeta is a monster.
Yamacha was a desert bandit, Krillin was a douche, Tien and Chaozu were assassins in training, Piccolo 18, 17 and 16 never killed anyone, even if they wanted to, and Boo has the excuse, that didn’t knew better.

The other argument you could make is that even in the event that those timelines cease to exist, that doesn’t erase the immorality of her actions. Of course, she had no way of knowing that her actions would have such devestating consequences, so I think her moral culpability is more limited than what the artist implies.
