There’s a strange custom in the Trailblazer family: whenever a new foal is born, an apple pie is baked and placed in the nursery. It is said that the a particular pair of family ancestors always visit to welcome new members of the family, and the smell of the pie will guide them. You will know they’ve been by because the baby won’t cry that night and by morning the pie will be gone. Some skeptical family members think the baby just manages to eat the pie, but they all leave one out, just in case.

Happy thirteenth anniversary, FiM. =D I joined this fandom almost ten years ago exactly, it’s hard to process it’s been that long.

Maybe some of you out there remember I made Fluttershy and Big Mac Hitch’s great, great, great, something, grandparents a few anniversaries ago. In the spirit of this year’s prompt, I thought it’d be cute to have them by visiting Hitch as baby.
