If it’s something that can’t leave the panel (like, say, S4 spoilers), this whole mystery doesn’t make any sense. Even if no one records anything, what’s stopping anyone from revealing information about it online afterwards?

If nothing comes out of this, eh. If they are going to bring something big, I can assure you someone is already recording and revealing themselves at this point would be stupid.

If it’s so legally sensitive that a recording would get the VAs in trouble, shouldn’t the event be invite-only?

Protip: If you don’t want people to do something don’t announce it in a way that sounds like a challenge and don’t say how much people will miss out if someone doesn’t do it.
