Actually I think G3.5 have some more developed characters than G3 (not including the first G3 specials, there were pretty good too).. Let’s see, I do not consider chibi Twinkle Wish Adventure (in the picture on the right) as pure G3 (on the left), and therefore that Flash New Born Cuties aren’t G3.5 in my eyes..

G3 had some great character designs, a few good stories, and good animation. G3.5 was mostly webisodes with very poor Flash animation.
