I can understand the hands of course but the difference in the butt cheeks and the hole in the back is completely normal. Leaning changes the symmetrical appearance of the butt and the hole in the back is something many people have. Although a bit lower.

And why do Rainbow and Twilight have disproportionate butt cheeks?
And Rarity has creepy hands. And no cutiemark. Same as Fluttershy. Pinkie’s cutiemark is all over the place instead.
