Just my opinion, but I think EVERYONE should have to work retail, sales, customer service, or some other public-facing job, where you get yelled at for absolutely no reason or fault of your own, for at least a year. The world might become a much more polite place.
Oh, and it’s really, really stupid to ever yell at people who serve you food. That should be completely obvious, but it’s amazing how many people don’t seem to realize the potential consequences, and let anger overtake them. Like children.

It really is a shame that people only call when they’re upset.
Maybe they should call in when they’re in a good mood and just pretend to have an issue, while being very encouraging and empathetic to the helpdrone! And then fill out the review afterwards positively.
