I miss the show so much

One of the reasons I have so much trouble sleeping these days is that fear. Once the thought hits, it becomes so strong and intrusive it’s impossible to go back to sleep. Just last night I had a dream where my dad died. It woke me up at 4 and I couldn’t get a single second of sleep after that (I lost almost three hours of sleep that night).
It’s so bad because you know exactly what will happen in a few years and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it from happening. And the fear gets worse and stronger by every passing year.
