those are actually letters in her stomach. the letter bag is for muffins to sate her hunger after she’s delivered all of the mail.

Unwilling can be semi-grimdark, but if it involves death or pain, then it’s grimdark.

And even without death, if it’s like keeping the pony inside and never letting them out, then I guess it can be grimdark there, aswell.

But this image still show no real signs of unwilling, pain, etc.

I think grimdark should be only applicable when it’s implied or explicit that is lethal vore.

This picture lacks of any gurgling effects that imply digestion, but knowing this artist likes the idea of ponies digesting other ponies, well…
