Luna smirked as her large wings covered her thick form. Chubby forearms squished into her soft belly, forcing the soft fat to the sides. Her cerulean blue eyes shined in the sunlight as her legs were forced to the side by her massive belly.
“Is there something wrong?” she asked with a nefarious smile “Just recalling darker days.”
She may have stopped being evil, but that doesn’t mean some malicious thoughts don’t sneak their way in.

That ‘filter’ makes it look poorly rendered, with tons of noise. It looks like an image made in Blender Cycles, but without enough passes to look sufficient. Then again, I’m not the creator of the image, so I don’t know what they had in mind.
