Pinkie kept her word

My interpretation is that human!Pinkie feels “exposed” since she is both nude and without a furcoat (cold and air currents will be uncomfortable), plus given that bipedal creatures rarely go to Ponyville she will be getting attention to WHAT she is (rather than WHO she is and/or her actions/performance).
Also, when she normally switched with pony!Pinkie she was taken her place, going “incognito” (now everypony will now she is a stranger).

-> In the EQG special “Spring Breakdown” they were just tired from walking through the forest (as quadrupeds, lack of experience on how to balance or apply force on each step), plus jumping from bush to bush in the last part of the trip to hide themselves from the rest of the ponyvilleans.

Considering the circumstances - stuck naked in another dimension in a form halfway between human and pony - human Pinkie really wouldn’t be feeling her usual upbeat, carefree self.

In the cruise ship special, she did look really out of it by the end when all the passengers were being led into Twilight’s castle, just collapsing to the floor.

The Pinkie Pie of any closed system is conserved and always at maximum as the ground state of Pinkie Pie is always “Fun”. If additional Pinkie Pie is introduced in a closed system that is already at maximum Pinkie Pie then excess Pinkie Pie is negated in the form of Work, Sanity, or Pinkamena Diane Pie Radiation, depending on the spin of the initial “Fun”, until the closed system again returns to maximum, thus conserving Pinkie Pie.

So, the extra Pinkie Pie in this closed system is exhibiting an “Anti-Fun” spin and will soon exhibit one of the predicted outcomes, in accordance with probability.
