Could be, Cold Iron was made as partly a response to PH’s tendency to bring characters to life. The backstory being that Dullahans were made by spirits of death as hunting dogs to track down and kill necromancers. In the story that she appears in, the MC slowly becomes a monster that is Cold Iron.

“Well then, try to keep up!” and the pegasus disappears in a column of lightning.
Cold Iron cocks her guns. “Dullahan’s are created to hunt down Necromancers, and liches. They fuck with the cycle of life and death.”
Markerlight: “…what, don’t look at me? I’m technically a liche. I’m allowed to continue fucking around and finding out beyond the normal lifespan.”
One is a semi-suicidal Pegasus by the name of Martini markerlight, the other is wandering sunrise both from Fallout Equestria: Dead Tree. I just noticed I forgot to add that tag.
