Every time I see a Winnebago, I’m reminded of bad gas & explosions. >>
In the past, my family went traveling in a Winnebago & had the misfortune of getting bad unleaded fuel at a gas station situated in a lowland.
Bad gas = Bad ignition.
Bad ignition = No power & rolling backwards every time we tried to get up the incline surronding the gas station = A memory hard to forget.
Took my father getting behind the wheel, putting the pedal to the metal & grenading the “Cherry Bomb” muffler he’d recently installed.
QUITE the aptly named piece of hardware I must say… xD
We were kinda out of our home state & stuck at that gas station. lol
I think what your dad should have done was get an engine swapped on it. & a new gas tank.
