Media: Copic markers on Bristol board
Subjects: Pinkie D. Pie (MLP) and Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece)
Notes: I believe that I should have stuck with the Pinkish White (R00) for the skin base for Luffy instead of Flesh (R02); he came out a little more red than expected like he is in Gear Second mode, had to move the shades from Light Suntan (E13) to Dark Suntan (E15) for a stronger constrast.
Outside of that, pretty satisfied with the results of Pinkie Pie (so many levels of pink), wanted to get the blue in her eyes a little more lighter, but feel better on this than Luffy’s pigmentation.

Thanks for the comments. Wondering if I should have drawn Pinkie singing “giggle at the Ghosties” in Thriller Bark with Luffy but the they both later get depressed by Perona’s “hollow ghosts”. Might do a parody of Pinkie as Luffy facing off a Diamond Dog as Arlong.
Diamond Dog: “do you know the difference between us?”
Pinkie: nose?
DD: …
PP: Teeth?
DD: pissed off
PP: oh oh! I know! You have paws!! (Holding out her hoof)
That said I wonder how fast Luffy would go in a race in that mode? Hmmmm….
