I really like this Twilight and Rarity, Pinkie and AJ are okay, but the design of RD and Fluttershy doesn't relly work for me.
In RD's case it mostly comes down to clothes, and in Fluttershy's case it's the hair and the awkward pose.

I'm disturbed by people who have such twisted views of body shapes they think Pinkie is fat or even chubby in this. I just…she has washboard abs and a stocky build. There's just…no excess fat there (other than in her chest).
