I’m saying he was calling it an episode because of the length. I’m not sure if that has changed since then but fan animations tended to be a few minutes long at the time.

Well, I guess it just didn’t feel like an MLP episode for me, definitely because it’s more filled with references than slice of life I think. The length doesn’t really mean anything to me. I mean an episode could be 11 minutes long too.

It was all about the length. That’s why it was compared to an episode. It was around 30 minutes and where you remove the crossover stuff it was around 22 minutes (which is the amount a usual episode is without commercials).

Honestly as much as an “episode” goes, it really doesn’t feel like one. I would chalk this off as more of a fan animation, considering what its content is. That doesn’t mean it’s bad though. It just doesn’t feel like an “episode” to me.
