She’s imploring Zipp’s Ba, the bird aspect of her soul, to receive her prayers and ferry them from the land of the living to the land of the dead.
(Actually it’s just “YOU TAKE THAT BACK!” with the last part cut off.)

I posted the original World War 2 Morse Code Sheet for you. That was the same code sheet that I used to figure out the secret message.
The message I got out of the code in the comic wasn’t spelled correctly but it basically translated to ‘I’m Short’.
The 2 taps was the letter ‘I’ at the first panel, the 3 taps was the letter ‘S’ at the 2nd panel, the 4 taps was the letter ‘H’ at the 3rd panel and the final tap was the letter ‘E’ at the last panel of the comic.
Put that in order and you get ‘I-S-H-E’
The final tap didn’t seem right to me so I fingered that Zipp did an long tap rather than an short tap which would’ve translated to ‘I-S-H-T’
So ‘I-S-H-T’ would’ve almost sounded like ‘I’m SHorT’ to Pipp but without the letters ‘M’, ‘O’ and ‘R’. Pipp probably figured out what Zipp’s code really meant eventually, got mad about it and slammed her hooves on the table.

I can’t tell if you’re being serious now. The comic has 2 taps; then 3 taps, then 4 (louder) taps, then 1 tap. That’s not enough for “You’re short” or any message like it, you can’t claim the taps count as dits and dahs simultaneously, and that the two interpretations should follow one another, or that ‘IMSOH9ET’ means anything. And why would Pipp participate in creating an insult against herself and then get mad for it?

I was serious. I actually used an Real ‘Morse Code’ Translation Sheet on-line to find out what Zipp and Pipp were saying to each other in the comic and yes, Zipp really called Pipp short using Morse Code.
Why else do you think Pipp got mad and hit the table with her hooves?
It wasn’t that hard to crack the code in the comic once you understand how to translative Morse Codes.

-Morse Code-
First panel: 2 quick taps = I or 2 long taps = M
Second panel: 3 quick taps = S or 3 long taps = O
Third panel: 4 quick taps = H or 4 long taps = 9
Fourth panel: 1 quick tap = E or 1 long tap = T
If we put the quick taps together it’ll spell ‘ISHE’ and the long taps would spell ‘MO9T’
And even if we put all of them together in the order of the comic panels, it’ll just spell ‘IMSOH9ET’
‘IMSOH9ET’ = ‘IMSHORT’ = ‘I’m Short’
Ohhh… I see why Pipp’s mad now. XD

Don’t you mean, Horse code?
(I’m pretty sure Samuel F.B. Morse was not a pony. ;) )
